It seems like every day I get this error that prevents the page from functioning. It persists for hours. And I find out there's absolutely no support. They just have a support chat who asks you to generate a HAR file, then go to some other page to create a support ticket, and when going there I find out that there's no way to create a support ticket actually and the chat support ai has no way to take my HAR file it asked me to create. That's why this problem has persisted for over a year.
