By skyforbes I‘m not sure if it was animated or not, but I think it was. I remember a boy living at the Northpole because Santa adopted him or something.
The kid is an orphan. I think some kind of prophecy says that he‘s supposed to be the next Santa. But something goes wrong and he starts to age? I think he starts growing a beard. There are also other Santas or important elves, I don‘t quite remember.
I completely forgot the plot but I remember that there was some magical place with houses (?) and each belonged to another Santa. And when you entered the houses you could see the past of that Santa.
Also there were objects that connected you to your youth and I think for the boy it was a teddy bear. He grew a beard over the duration of the movie.
Please help me find it, I‘m going crazy.
I watched it when I was like 4/5 so about 10 years ago.
