In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add milk. Whisk constantly until milk is steamy. Do not let the mixture come to a boil.

Add the white chocolate pieces to the saucepan and whisk until chocolate melted and fully incorporated and mixture smooth; remove from heat.

Stir in peppermint extract. Pour into serving cups and top with whipped cream, crushed peppermint candies or any toppings of your choice.
Be sure to heat the milk gently over medium-low heat, do not let milk come to a boil or you run the risk of it curdling.
