We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, payments, endorsements, and renewals
- Process changes, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Support agents by maintaining client records and documentation
- Handle incoming calls and follow up with clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Insurance experience required (Property & Casualty license a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
