By skyforbes I've got a pro subscription. When I upload files within deep research, it appropriately searches the web, and appropriately thinks through what it searches. However come the final report it ONLY uses the info from the uploaded documents. It doesn't use the info from the web search nor any of the thoughts it had about the web findings. At the bottom there is a dropdown menu about sources not used, and every single web source gets listed there. In the sources used drop down it only has the documents. This behaviour happens consistently. Anyone else have this problem? It happened since version 3 dropped.
