About 2 months ago, I applied for Medicaid and/or MAWD. I don't meet the eligibility requirements for Medicaid as my income is too high (about $2600/month before taxes, well under the limit of $3621/month) but I meet every single eligibility requirement for MAWD. My doctor filled out the form stating that I am able to work but that I have bi-polar and depression disorder and that I'm on medication for it. I sent Compass all of my bank statements (clearly with dates on the statements, etc.), my paystubs were clear to read in the app (I even sent them more stubs than they asked for) with my income under the cutoff, my resources well under the $10k limit. I got denied after 2 months.
A month ago, they told me that I was denied die to my bank statements not being the right kind (I sent them screenshots and they said they needed an actual statement) and I immediately sent them the actual statements they requested, called back Compass and told them they're uploaded and customer service confirmed that, yes, those statements are uploaded). I got denied again. I don't understand what is going on. I should qualify for this. Can anyone please help me understand what might be going on here?
