Disabled. Had to withdraw retirement funds. What happens to doctors’ appointments and prescriptions received in the same month before and after I received that money, in following months, and other questions?

Location: OR. I am disabled but not on SSI or SSDI. I receive Medicaid and ebt. I was behind on rent and had no choice but to do an early withdrawal of retirement funds for back rent and to pay bills. I also needed to use the money for moving expenses, etc. I gave my notice that I was moving out in the second half of July. I had no new address that I moved to in my state (OR) to forward my mail to, because I was going to stay in a hotel for a while after moving out, so I had no choice but to forward it to a family member's out-of-state address.

I received the funds I withdrew from my retirement fund in mid-July before I moved out. In the stress of all this, trying to get myself moved out, getting injured, I totally forgot to report this money. Because I got injured, I had doctor's appointments in July after I received the funds. I also got a few prescriptions in July before and after I received the funds. After moving out, I stayed in a hotel through mid-August.

In early August, I sold some personal items to two companies and was paid by two checks. I needed this money to live on and to stay in a hotel since I had no place to go. Yes, with all this stress, I again forgot about needing to report this money. A new management company took over before I moved out. Time has flown, and to this date, they have not sent me a bill about the back rent that I owe, any fees I have accrued, and the status of my deposit. I still have the money I received from my retirement fund withdrawal sitting in my account. In the first half of August, I had two doctor's appointments. In the second half of August, I decided to move my belongings to another state where I could store them for free. I then came back to OR in Sept, where I couch surfed or stayed in a hotel again, as I try to figure out this situation.

I had a Sept lab appointment and a doctor's appointment. When trying to book the lab appointment, the laboratory website said it could not verify my Medicaid. I checked the ONE system website for my status and it said that I still had my Medicaid and ebt. I then called my OHP plan, and it turns out they were running a backup, so they couldn't verify my coverage at that moment. I called back when the backup was over, and they verified that my Medicaid is still current and felt that the problem with the lab website was probably due to the system backup. However, I just tried to book a vaccine appointment, and I again received an error that my Medicaid could not be verified.

Yes, I know that I screwed up. What do I do now to get myself out of this mess? I see that I should not have had Medicaid coverage during the months that I received money from my retirement fund (July), and that I received money for selling personal items (August), right? I assume I need to contact the doctors' offices that I went to during July and August, and any pharmacy I went to in early July before I received my early withdrawal retirement funds, right? How much trouble am I in for forgetting to report that I had to take funds from my retirement account and for receiving money from selling a few things? How do I report this money after the fact for July and August? What about ebt that I received in July and August? Do I owe for that too? Is my Medicaid and ebt usable for September, or not? Why did the lab website and the pharmacy website say they each could not verify my Medicaid when I tried to make an appointment? Can I book that vaccine appointment?

If you got this far, I thank you kindly for reading my long and complicated post.
