Do you think OpenAI will ever stop putting Copyright Guardrails on future Dalle and Sora iterations?

I really hate these guardrails. This is probably the most restrictive guardrail openai has (for common use cases). I think openai should be more generous to their users and let people use IPs images and videos. If they keep these in place i think people get bored and stop using their services ,which will lose openai money. People defend this and say "but if they do they'll get sued" Youtube lets people upload videos containing IPs, Deviantart lets people post fanart of IPs, (unless if its straight up piracy). And I think AI generation should fall under fair use, most images or videos generated that contain IPs are transformative and parodies of the original source which is fair use.

(The times when the IP guardrails were lax when Image Gen in Sora 1 came out and when Sora 2 came out do not count because I think openai planed to put then in after a few days before even before they launched)
