For me it was Morrowind in my early teens. Looking back, there are so many games that are technically better and Morrowind itself was a mess in places. Half the time I needed console commands just to get an escort quest finished. But if someone asks for my favorite game, the answer is always Morrowind. I think the emotions you go through at that age lock certain games into a permanent nostalgic memory that nothing else can replace.
