Because you see Marc Maron might be the stand up comedian who has the perfect blend of anxiety based emotional intelligence, and grit to inspire us to get through this fucked up time with laughter and self reflection. Are We Good? has heart and you can feel the love and respect director Steven Feinartz and executive producer, story editor Julie Seabaugh have for comedians woven through this documentary by the way they are able to draw the audience into this story. And it takes people who love comics and respect comedy to be able to accurately document the life of a talented, complex and wildly insecure comic artist like Marc Maron.
