does anyone know how i can change the size of the panels shown here?

They do not represent the actual size of the screens, n2 is a 42" 1080p tv while n1 is a 40" 3440x1440p monitor.
The tv on the left is much taller than the monitor on the right and they are aligned at the top.
The incorrect sizes shown in the settings makes it so when i move my cursor between the screens it's not properly aligned and that windows have different sizes when swtiching from one screen to the other
