Job description: SummaryThe Enrollment Recruitment Specialist oversees recruitment events and needs for the recruitment of children for our Head Start and Childcare programs.Hours: 20 hours/week

Pay: $21.62 an hourDutiesThis person implements strategies that build on the agency’s strengths and partnerships with existing community organizations. This position will work collaboratively with the enrollment department, family services department and management staff to aid in coordinating, setting up and attending recruitment events for the agency.RequirementsMinimum of a High School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual Spanish speaking required
- Demonstrated capability and success in development and execution of outreach strategies.
- Ability to work closely with community partners.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, can-do attitude and will to succeed.
- Ability to follow instructions and desire to learn new skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, quality and follow-through.
- Adaptability and flexibility with required changes.
- Professional demeanor and dedication to delivering top notch customer service.
- Experience with record-keeping and organization of data..
- Working knowledge of event planning tools.
- Flexible work schedule; possible evening and occasional weekend events as needed; rotating these events with other staff if applicable
