QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED
- Education: High School Diploma/GED minimum
- Language: Bilingual Spanish speaking required
- Experience: Development and execution of outreach strategies, record-keeping and data organization
- Professional Competencies: Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail
- Working Style: Energetic can-do attitude, adaptability and flexibility, professional demeanor with top-notch customer service
- Additional: Ability to work closely with community partners
WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll expand program access by:
- Overseeing recruitment events and needs for Head Start and Childcare programs
- Implementing outreach strategies that build on agency strengths and community partnerships
- Coordinating, setting up, and attending recruitment events agency-wide
- Collaborating with enrollment, family services, and management staff
- Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations
- Developing and executing targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking families
- Managing recruitment data and record-keeping systems
- Representing Reach Dane professionally in the community
