When you try to sign in to apps like Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft OneDrive on your Windows 10/11 device using your work or school account, you get an error message: “Something went wrong. Error code—80192EE7. More information: https://www.microsoft.com/wamerrors. Server message: Unknown error code: 0x80192ee7.” Here is a fix to resolve the error.
The error code 80192EE7 indicated that your device has been enrolled and managed by Intune policy in your organization. Also, the WIP scope is turned on, and the device is set in the scope.
As an organization’s Global Administrator, you must go to the Microsoft Entra ID admin center. You can turn off this option or exclude your device from the scope of WIP.
- Open a browser and go to Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
- Expand Identity, click on Settings, and select Mobility.
3. Click Microsoft Intune.
