I spent a good amount of time today battling that error. Even though I had the preference to keep command line windows open after the command run, they would close. Searching this error yielded many asking the same thing, with no solution. Finally, I joined the Discord… same issue reported there frequently, without a fix.
But then…
…I spotted the question with an actual response. “Run it as an administrator”. Can’t be that, but I tried anyway. For goodness sakes, it was that. Damn it.
I ran FlowFrames as an administrator, and immediately a video file that did not work, worked. Gah.

The second video I tried produced the same issue, but reopening the app fixed the issue. Perhaps you can only interpolate one video per session? We’ll see… I am hoping to be able to batch interpolate overnight, or even over a few days.
