Free loadouts should have to use this skin and are forced to spawn in late. This is the scavenger class.

I think free loadouts are way too convenient. They are free, Can be spammed endlessly and are decent builds. I think it’s only fair to at least force a skin like this on them to be able to ID them that they used a free loadout. Spawning in late also rewards players for using custom loadouts and lets custom players prep for any free loadouts coming in the game to hunt them.
