You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to create impactful solutions. Our ideal candidate enjoys pair programming, practices Test-Driven Development (TDD), and follows Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, high-quality software applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ideate, build, and refine user-centered solutions.
• Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Implement automated tests and adhere to TDD practices to ensure software reliability.
• Work across the full stack – from front-end components to backend services and databases.
• Standardize and improve QA procedures, oversee testing and debugging, and develop fixes.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex software-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and team practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in software development or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of OOP and TDD principles.
• Passion for working in a collaborative, learning-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with backend frameworks such as ASP.NET and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
