This is a Bug Catcher who leveled up to Bug Maniac east of Verdanturf. I had to self destruct against the Beautifly with Graveler so my Illumise could get the XP, then spent all my Moonlight and Tackle PP against the Nincada, having to revive my Gulpin so my higher level Pokemon wouldn't hog the XP.
Overall, I'm not really a fan of this region, though. The pokemon designs suck and I've played through with mainly my starter, Geodude, Magikarp, and Seedot evolutions. Seedot was my HM slave.
