I purchased Google AI Pro and the 2 TB storage was added correctly to my account. That part works fine.
However, Gemini does not recognize the Pro subscription. Inside Gemini, I keep getting prompts to upgrade, as if I don’t have Pro, and it keeps trying to sell me the subscription again.
When I click Upgrade, I get an error message instead.
I’m logged in with the same Google account everywhere, the 2 TB is active, but Gemini just doesn’t “see” that I already own Pro.
