GPT-5 Thinking: Sources disappear while the response is still streaming, and do not return later

Usually, when I use GPT-5 Thinking and it searches the web to answer my questions, it includes citations/sources at the end of certain sentences to back up its claims. By citations, I mean those small gray rectangles after sentences end, that can be clicked to open a webpage.

However, since a few days ago, the citations are initially shown, but then disappear before the response even ends being typed, and refreshing the page doesn't make them appear again.

Does anyone else have this bug? I am on Brave browser but it worked fine before. Turning off the adblocker doesn't fix this.
