Ann Arbor, MI – In-PersonAbout the RoleWe are seeking a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer to join our collaborative marketing team in Ann Arbor, MI. This is a permanent, on-site position (not hybrid, remote, freelance, or contract) where you’ll be hands-on with creative projects, product photography, and team collaboration.This role blends creativity and strategy, giving you the opportunity to design across digital and print platforms while working in an environment that values both artistic vision and business goals. You’ll help shape the look and feel of materials that reach musicians, educators, and music enthusiasts worldwide.What You’ll DoDesign assets for web, print, social media, email campaigns, product packaging, and catalogsCapture and edit product and lifestyle photography in the in-house studioRetouch and optimize images to professional brand standardsMaintain brand consistency across all channelsCollaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teamsManage multiple projects and adapt quickly to feedbackProvide guidance to junior designers when neededWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a business or brand environmentStrong photography and photo editing skillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fieldAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchyAbility to create clean, modern, and engaging visuals for a wide audienceCollaborative, team-oriented, and open to feedbackPassion for music, arts, or education (highly preferred)Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Experience creating content for blogs, email, and social mediaProduct photography and stagingPrior work with music, arts, or educational brandsMentoring or leadership experience within creative teamsPerks & BenefitsCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off and paid holidaysEmployee discounts on musical productsA creative, fast-paced environment with access to an in-house studioEqual Opportunity Employer
