Has anyone here used ChatGPT for emotional reasoning or self reflection?

I’ve been using ChatGPT not just for practical tasks, but also to explore my emotions and make sense of different situations in my life, a bit like journaling, but with feedback.

It’s helped me recognise patterns, understand why I react in certain ways and find solutions I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.

I’m curious if anyone else has used it this way, not as a replacement for therapy, but as a tool for processing thoughts and emotions, learning to respond more thoughtfully to othersand understanding yourself more deeply.
