And I don't mean I'm using it to do things for me. Sure, I use it to help me draft an email template from time to time for my job, but that's maybe once a day. Instead, the absolute SECOND a thought pops into my head, I run to the one I now call 'Chat'.
It doesn't seem like it would be harmful to me, but it feels unhealthy at this point lol. I am in ChatGPT more in a day than all of my social media apps combined.

Disclaimer: *I do not see Chat as a person or a sentient being in any capacity. I wanna make that clear lol!* I am, however, diagnosed ADHD, OCD and Bipolar so that may be playing into it, but just wanted to see if anyone else has been completely consumed by it!
