Higgsfield bait-and-switched me on Kling 2.0/2.6 access – now ghosting my emails for 2 weeks

Just need to vent and warn others about Higgsfield's shady practices.

I signed up for their annual plan specifically because they advertised unlimited video generation with Kling 2.0 and 2.6. That was literally the selling point that got me to commit to a full year instead of going month-to-month.

Guess what happened immediately after I paid? They turned off access to Kling 2.0 and 2.6. Just gone. No warning, no email, nothing. I'm now locked into a yearly subscription for a service that doesn't deliver what they promised.

The worst part? I've been emailing them for TWO WEEKS and getting completely ghosted. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing. They took my money and ran.

This is textbook bait-and-switch. They dangled the carrot to get annual commitments, then yanked it away once people were locked in. And now they won't even respond to customer support requests.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm looking into chargebacks and reporting them, but wanted to see if this is a pattern with Higgsfield or if I just got unlucky with timing.

lse advertising + complete radio silence on support is absolutely unacceptable.
