I used GPT (and Gemini Ultra to minimize chances of hallucinations, I had them argue with each other)… anyway, I was able to develop a full attorney ready case file with state statutes and case law, defined approaches of legal reasoning I.e. breach of contract and such.
I also uncovered the shell corporation structure to where I was able to pinpoint the legal agency and threaten suit directly aimed at the people directly involved and behind the scenes, instead of the shell companies involved.
With my draft, I emailed it to the company with an evidence packet – and received a settlement check within days.
I created a lien waiver to provide which retained all of my rights to collect the remaining balance (instead of signing their company waiver claiming it as settlement). I took their waiver, sat down and read it, pulled out my own waiver, signed it and exchanged for the check. I convinced my bank, where my business account is held, to cash the check immediately and irrevocably. I immediately sent AI generated partial payment email along with interest and attorney fee charges.
I allowed them to pay me an amount that the remainder can be recovered easily and cheaply in small claims court. $350 for 2 top tier models of AI empowered me to fight for myself, saved me years of litigation and attorney fee estimates of $30-$50k that gave no guarantee to win or recover legal fees in full.
5.2 is driving me nuts on Pro – it’s taking 2 to 20 minutes to analyze information and respond. Overall though, I couldn’t be happier to have check in hand and my rights preserved, I have a lot to be thankful for and this being my first time using AI… I’m hooked now.
Just wanted to share my happiness and appreciation of these AI systems.
