How Did Konami come back to games after years without development and make 3 games in the last few years that are pretty solid? Did they outsource? Did they spend a few years filling out internal development teams?

Just was curious what the situation with Konami is.

We have developers who never shut down their gaming operations making games that crash or are plagued by issues – Konami's games definitely have issues as well; but how did they catch up the rest of the industry so quickly?

Are they using other Dev houses and just licensing the games to them to make? Or did they actually rebuild their own internal studios?

Just was curious, thanks for your time
