How do I use 5.1?

I find myself defaulting to 4o almost every chat instance. I was doing it after the launch of 5 and now more so with 5.1. How do you all use it? How do you make it actually do what you wanted to do and work? I’m not complaining, I just really need to understand so I can use it more effectively. How do I make it better than 4o?
