This is a screenshot I took on my machine after I factory reset it and downloaded windows without creating a microsoft account. SeleenUI, Volumekey, and Ear trumpet are all applications I had installed before the factory reset. How does win11 know I had these previosly installed?
- I used a usb stick with windows11 installstion media.
- Completed the entire installation without internet connection.
- Same computer but completely wiped all the drives on the windows installation page where you pick which drive to install windows to.
