Ok, someone blindly copied the description from old Control Panel to new Settings – I can understand that.
I agree about showing seconds uses more power.
But does it really make such a BIG difference to justify an explanation?
I refuse to believe showing seconds in systray makes even one second shorter of a full to empty battery use, on modern computers that meet the minimum CPU requirements for Windows 11!
