Someone accessed my ChatGPT account and had a long conversation with the model. They asked things like: “Has she ever mentioned another man?” or “Did she talk about a romantic relationship in 2025?”
ChatGPT replied with clarifying questions and general suggestions, but this person misunderstood the answers and thought they were factual. The problem is that ChatGPT started answering these questions, and now this person believes the answers are true, which is not the case.
I’m trying to understand:
- Which parts of the answers could actually come from my real chat history (if any)
- Which parts are generic guesses
- How ChatGPT behaves when someone asks personal questions
I don’t need legal advice only technical explanations about how to interpret the conversation.
If there is a tool or someone who can analyze the full conversation, I’m willing to pay.
Thank you!
