How to Download & Install Deriv cTrader App on PC

This is going to be a brief and short guide on how to download and install the Deriv cTrader app on PC.

After publishing various tutorials about cTrader and it’s amazing trading tools, a few comments highlighted how they were struggling to download and install the app on PC

So let’s dive into this simple step by step process.

Step 1: You want to make sure you have a Deriv account. If you don’t have one then sign up for a free demo account!

Step 2: Visit cTrader’s website page here and tap on login. Use your Deriv login details like the email and password.

One option to download cTrader app faster and easier is to scroll down on the cTrader landing page or home page, and locate the option to “Download Now”

Either way, continue scrolling down and you will see an option to download cTrader for PC, and that is, by selecting “windows” option at the bottom.

2nd Option: The second option is to login to your Deriv account or you can as well login from cTrader homepage because the moment you click on “login”, you will be redirected to Deriv official website to first login.

Step 3: Get/ open cTrader. Upon logging in to Deriv, you will land on Trader’s hub home page. Scroll down to locate cTrader and click on “Get” for those who are new to cTrader or if you have never opened a cTrader’s account. But if you already have a cTrader’s account, you will see the option to “open”.

Step 4: cTrader’s windows app Download: After you have opened cTrader, this option will pop up for you to continue the download and installation.

Click on cTrader on your “windows app download” option and it will start downloading right away! You can check the download feature at the top right corner to complete the download.

Once you click on that arrow as shown above this (image below) will show you that indeed the download is in progress.

This can take a few seconds or minutes depending on your network!

Finally, you have downloaded and installed cTrader app on PC. You will land on the interface like this (below)

NB. Most app installations on PC may give you options to first “run administrator” and asking for simple access and approval. All you have to do in that case is to be clicking on next, accept or continue! (But of course after reading through, what you are accepting😂)

What’s remaining is to customize it to your preferences and how to use it like using the analytical tools, placing trades, using the bar replay tool, the quick trade option, using the algo for automated trading and a whole lot more features.
