It is quite common to have to repair DLL errors. They usually occur when trying to open or install a program. They send messages that the specified module or entry point can not be found. Or others that the DLL is missing or can not be opened or loaded. Test these solutions in order.
Solution 1: Is the error one of these?

Solution 2: Check if the DLL has been deleted
You may have done it without wanting to. Or programs such as cleaners or optimizers. Go into the Windows Recycle Bin and look for the DLL that is indicated in the error message. Restore it if it is in the Trash. Or try this other method to recover deleted files if you have emptied the Trash .
Important: Do not be tempted to use a file that you find online. There are good reasons NOT to download DLLs from the Internet.
Solution 3: Reinstall the program that causes the failure
First, uninstall it using the Windows uninstaller. Then reinstall it in these conditions:

Check that your PC meets all the requirements to install it. Look at the site of the creator of the game or program.
Always try to install your latest version.
Check that the installer is ok. Redownload it if possible.

Solution 5: Scan your PC for viruses
If you do not have an antivirus, download a free one from the Internet. Some good options are Panda Free, AVG or Avira.

Solution 6: Restore the system

Solution 8: Put the drivers up to date
You have to update three types of drivers
First find out the model of your graphics card if you do not know. With this data go to the manufacturer’s site and download its latest drivers. Maybe you need to know if your Windows is 32 or 64 bits .

Solution 10: Remove Windows updates
Sometimes the problem is the opposite of the previous one. One or more recent Windows updates are the ones that cause the failure. One clue that maybe this is when it happens right after Windows update.
Dismantle them ONE BY ONE starting with the most modern ones. Check if the error is resolved before removing the next one.

Solution 15: Verify hardware and devices
By hardware I mean components such as graphics / video card, sound, Ethernet or Wi-Fi network adapters, an internal modem, etc. And I call devices to printers, scanners, webcams, etc.
If you have a new hardware / device and the error occurs when you try to use it or when you connect it. Turn off the PC, disconnect the new hardware / device and restart. If the PC does not fail, it will be a good clue that the new element has a problem. Maybe you should repair it or replace it.
Important: When the new hardware is a graphics card, you must start the PC with a spare one to do the test. Or see if the card gives the same error also on another computer.
If you do not have hardware / new devices, some old one may be failing. Disconnect everything except the graphics card and the monitor. Then go connecting ONE to ONE each hardware or device and trying to boot the PC. If the error occurs when connecting or using whatever it is, you will probably have the culprit. You should repair it or change it.
