Dr. Blight for the most part is doing the most antagonizing until Mr. Frost decides to leave his mansion at the end. Dr. Blight is actually quite competent for a villain even getting in a few good kicks to Blake
Mr. Frost looking to drive out the residents of the Orphange so he can get his hands on the crystals located in an underground cave beneath the Orphange. You got Hulk Hogan's character in Blake Thorn a rich millionare whose a little crazy with 375 rules for his staff and shoots cop cars with paintball guns. During one said chase, he seeks refuge in Lakevill Mall dressing up as Santa Clause and has an accident forgetting his memory where he is found by Lenny and lead to believe he is Santa
As for Lenny, the MVP of the whole movie for comedic relief. Not exactly the best guy as he owed a massive debt to Mr. Frost, he went to rob Blake of his credit cards but couldnt access his money given he needs to give a thumb print. However, it is through his time with Blake and helping the people at the Orphange actually changes for the better. Same with Blake by the time he regains his memories
Blake learning he was once an orphan living at the same Orphange and used to be friends with Mr. Frost until Blake was adopted by a rich couple added some emotional weight. Plus Blake learning he didnt like who he used to be and found what really mattered was a friends and family with Lenny and the people at the Orphange
We also get another police chase towards the end of the film where Blake and his staff are rushing to the Orphange after it was completely taken over by Mr. Frost and his crew. The police, man. I swear are crazy like GTA crazy. One bringing out a bazooka or rocket launcher aimed at Blake's car but misses and blows up another cop car. The Orphange gets blown up during Blake's battle with Mr. Frost. So Mr. Frost's mansion becomes the new Orphange. Wild stuff
