I feed that to ChatGPT, and what I get back is wild:

- A Business Model Canvas (Key Partners, Resources, Revenue Streams…)
- A GTM Strategy with stages, timelines, and KPIs
- 3 branding ideas + taglines
- A Validation Plan with metrics and early-user tests
- Even a KPI dashboard that explains what to measure and how to improve
It literally turns any raw idea into an operating system for execution.
And yeah — I built it using a Custom GPT Generator.
Took me 20 minutes to set up, no code, just logic.
Now every founder I work with has a free venture builder assistant inside ChatGPT.
No consultants. No wasted decks. Just clarity.
