I build AI Agents for a Living. Non Tech People Understood it whole Wrong.

I've been in the trenches building AI Agents for Telegram, Discord, Slack, local businesses And yeah, it's chaotic. But the biggest challenge isn't the tech. It's the expectations.

Here's what non-tech people think:

  • AI agents need months of development
  • You need a team of programmers
  • It's going to cost thousands of dollars
  • It requires complex coding and infrastructure

The reality is, Most AI agents today are built with no-code tools and smart prompts. That's it.

I worked with an AD Agency that wanted to create a UGC Ads Factory with AI Agents. They were bracing for a 3-month project and a massive invoice. I built it in days using just the Bhindi AI Tool and prompts. No coding. They were stunned.

The gap between what people think AI agents can do and what actually happens when you flip the switch? It's huge. But the gap between what they think it takes to BUILD one versus reality? Even bigger.

My advice if you're starting: Find one repetitive task that drives everyone crazy. Data entry. Appointment reminders. Initial form reviews. Whatever makes your team groan.

Build something small with tools like Zapier, ChatGPT Agents, Bhindi. Test it with real humans watching. Fix what breaks. Then expand. There are more tools out there that don't need much coding to get things Done like Zapier, ChatGpt Agent,

Would like to know what was the most out of the box service someone asked for AI Agents.
