I Tested Canva, Notion, and ChatGPT. Only One Truly Boosted My Work

Most productivity tools promise clarity, focus, and efficiency.

For the last few weeks, I decided to run a simple experiment.
I worked with three of the most loved tools of our generation: Canva, Notion, and ChatGPT.
I used each one as my main support system for a few days. No shortcuts. No backups. No old habits.

By the end of this experiment, something unexpected became clear.
Only one tool actually changed the way I work.

Here is what happened.

Canva: Beautiful, fast, and still not enough

Let me start with this. I admire Canva.
It makes design accessible. It makes visuals quick. It turns non-designers into near-professionals in minutes.

My days with Canva felt clean and efficient, but also strangely incomplete.
I could create anything, but nothing pushed me to think differently. Canva is a powerful execution tool, not a thinking tool.
