AI didn’t steal my job — it gave me one 🤖💵
I wasn’t even sure what I was doing… I just clicked around, let AI work its magic, and somehow ended up making daily coffee money.
I wasn’t one of those “tech bros” who jumped on AI the second it went mainstream.
Before you start reading more, I have a good news for you:
Lately, I’ve been diving into these weird little online gigs where people are making earnings like $175/day replying to comments on Facebook, or $256/day doing writing assistant job on Quora, etc. (yep, seriously 😅). I’m making money using these ideas as well on a daily basis.
I’ve saved the best ones I found on this page right here in case you ever wanna peek at what’s actually out there. Some of them surprised me big time!
You can see the screenshot down below of the jobs you can choose from:

Now, back to the rest of the article:
In fact, I rolled my eyes every time someone mentioned it. I figured it was just another buzzword like the metaverse — exciting for five minutes, then forgotten faster than a gym membership in February.
But curiosity got the better of me.
And one afternoon (with exactly $14.20 in my bank account and zero motivation), I told myself,
“Let’s see what this AI thing can actually do.”
I Didn’t Even Know Where To Start
So I did what every confused person does — I opened YouTube and typed, “how to make money with AI.”
Half of the videos were full of hype and no real substance.
The other half had people saying things like “Just create an entire faceless YouTube channel with AI, and you’ll make $10K/month while you sleep!”
(Spoiler: not exactly how it works.)
Eventually, I found a few low-key ideas that actually made sense — things like content repurposing, writing short eBooks, creating social media posts, or even drafting blog outlines for busy creators. Nothing flashy. Just useful stuff.
And that’s where I started.
My First Win Was Small — But Real
I used a free AI tool to help me write five Instagram captions for a wellness coach I found in a Facebook group. She was struggling to post consistently, and I offered to help — $15 for five posts.
She loved them. I didn’t tell her I used AI to speed things up. Why? Because I still used my brain. The tool just helped me get it done faster.
That tiny job gave me an idea:
I could do more of these “micro-gigs” — where I use AI to help me deliver faster, without compromising the quality.
Now I’ve Got a Routine
Here’s how I make around $32.55 a day (some days more, some days less — I’m not going to fake it like a guru 😄):
- I take small freelance jobs that involve writing, editing, or planning content
- I use AI to draft or brainstorm faster, then add my own voice and polish
- I find clients in Facebook groups, Reddit, and sometimes even on Fiverr
- I charge low-ticket prices — $10 here, $25 there — and stack them
It’s not fancy. I don’t have a big website. I don’t run ads.
But I’m consistent. And AI helps me save time so I can take more clients without burning out.
Here’s What I Learned
AI doesn’t replace people who know what they’re doing — it amplifies them.
Most people mess up because they think AI is going to do everything for them. But no, it’s a tool. Like a calculator. You still need to know what 2 + 2 is before you start solving big problems.
And because of that, I’ve built a decent little side hustle that pays for groceries and Spotify Premium. (Because priorities.)
If you’re curious about AI but overwhelmed by all the noise — just test one small thing.
Offer a service. Create something. Sell a little gig.
Use AI to help, but don’t rely on it to carry the whole thing.
It won’t make you a millionaire overnight.
But for me? It got me from $0 to $32.55/day.
And honestly… for someone who used to avoid anything with the word “algorithm” in it, I’ll take that win. 💻💸
