I want to have chatgpt help with with D&D stuff.

I would like to have chatgpt help with me as a sounding board for D&D stuff but it doesn't have the 2024 ruleset.
I have electronic versions of the books but they are too large as a PDF to upload.

There is also a website that hosts all the books where the raw data is in json format.

I would like to somehow set up something (I know, very vague but I don't know any of the terminology) where I can reference either the PDFs or the website. Something like "Using the rule set found at XXX, I would like to do YYYY"

Again, I know this is vague. I don't know much about things like chatgpt. I don't know what I don't know.
