If I make a custom GPT, and then cancel my subscription. Do I then get to keep said custom GPT?

I’m doing a story and once I reach the message limit I’m going to make a custom gpt and add the story from before in the “knowledge section”
If I cancel my subscription, do I loose the custom gpt? And can I use the custom gpt on a phone?
