Last year I made a stardew valley gpt. That got removed for "harmful content" (??) (It was doing so well I was so sad!)
Me, being the fool, I went and built some helpful hubspot gpts, but some nonsense dns issue* meant I couldn't even update them.
I then contacted support only to be given the runaround for 2 weeks and no help whatsoever.
On top of all this, I use chatgpt for work and their new digital id stuff was ridiculous. I don't want all this adult content, I want to talk about work. But the fact that it's default if you don't verify talks to you like you're a kid is just the icing on all this bs cake.
I've cancelled my subscription, it's been very disappointing. I'm done.
*If you want to know what the error was. My builder profile's domain had randomly become unverified (stopping my gpt updates), and whenever I tried to reverify I got an error saying my domain is verified with another org. But that's not possible. It was literally verified with my org. Support kept asking me for more info, screenshots/recordings, har files, kept saying they'd escalate it and fix it, then acted like I wanted a feature request for domains to be verifiable with multiple orgs, completely ignoring my problem.
