By skyforbes CoD and BF have been guilty of this for a while where they stopped paying patent owners their royalties for using licensed guns in games, but we now have a trend in racing games where devs use unofficial models of real cars just without the branding.
It ruins the immersion and just makes me feel as a customer like the devs were too greedy but still charge us the same amount of money (if not more) for the games
