I’m trying to use Gemini – need ur help

I’m trying to use Gemini like chat GPT, but it’s not that smart and she keep asking questions for any question I ask her without giving the direct answer, which take lot of time,
Any tips how to improve the experience ?
Also,
Is there a way I can let Gemini tone my assistant while I use my docs in Google Drive, analytics for example or quick calculation or reporting
Is Gemini ready yet?

Which mode of it works and advise if it’s worth it.
