By skyforbes Character consistency – gone. It keeps copy/pasting the same one over and over again.
Artstyle Consistency – gone. You can no longer cite one image as the style reference for another. Prompts describing a style are ignored about 70% of the time.
Timeouts – everywhere. In the API playground, I get timed out about 50% of the time. Error code 503. In my own apps using my API key – 100% of the time.
Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro) – gone, almost. It's now quite often switching to the older version without admitting to doing so.
Image Generation doesn't exist – yep. Gemini now claims that image generation does not exist and it has never heard of it. It never even heard of Nano Banana.
No idea what is happening but as a Pro subscriber I am extremely unhappy.
