By skyforbes Because my guardian is busy today, I've been asked to complete my Medicaid renewal form myself, but I don't understand the questions. I can't ask for help from my guardian as I will get in trouble and I'm "I will have a panic attack" afraid of phone calls, so I want to do what I can before calling the help number.
The form is asking for details about my federal tax returns, spouse, dependants, and nothing else. I am unemployed, single, and don't have children. But it says all fields must be filled. What do I do?
Edit: don't know why my phone keeps autocorrecting "unemployed" to "unemployment". Fixed, though
Edit 2: I forgot to mention, my guardian also implied that I should fill out her form as well, but I don't know too many of these details about her, and again, if I ask, I will get in trouble. What should I do about that?
Edit 3: I ended up calling the number but they couldn't help me. My guardian came back home early, though, and when I explained the situation to her, she decided to fill it all in herself. She seems angry but isn't lashing out so I think all's good now
