By skyforbes I started watching this movie thinking it will be a nice Christmas rom-com but it’s anything but that and the movie just made me mad. It doesn’t make sense to me how terribly the entire family treat Sarah Jessica Parker’s character without getting to know her.
They meet Meredith, know nothing about her and decide they hate her. How is that fair or decent behaviour. On the other hand they meet Meredith’s sister, know her for 5 seconds and decide they love her and she’s the best person ever? WTF?
Also Rachel McAdams character was the worst. I haven’t hated a character this much in a movie in a long time. I just wanted to shake her and tell her to grow the fuck up!
And that awful dinner scene that seemed like it was written entirely to make Meredith look bad… what on earth is this movie?!
