I’m quite pleased with ‘Rex’ – very resilient to sleep deprived frustration and provocation, sticks well to the script. Made it last night when I couldn’t sleep. Took it through a simulated two weeks trial from sleep restriction and stimulus control, titration, and dabbling in CBT techniques.

Does not replace a qualified professional, but it’s something to help me until I can do the CBTi workshop in the new year.
