Install a Linux distrubtion on Windows Server 2019

When you delete manually your Distro, you will have an error when you try to reinstall the same distro

The specified network name is no longer available

You will have to remove manually the distro.

wslconfig /list

wslconfig /u Ubuntu-18.04

Now you can install the same distro
