Interactive infographics with Gemini 3 pro

Static infographics aren't the best experience. Interactive ones used to cost time and money, and they weren’t really cost-effective for most. That’s not the case anymore.

The Problem: Static infographics are painful to consume. You're forced to zoom into massive JPGs, squinting at tiny text and trying to follow the information flow.

Interactive ones? Usually a much better experience as user interaction is proven to make info retention better, but those were too complex or expensive to build for most SMB’s.

The Experiment: I wanted to see if Gemini 3 Pro could finally create interactive infographics in one shot, just through prompting.

The Workflow:

  1. Gathered fresh research on AI and design statistics
  2. Asked Gemini to extract the 10 most important data points
  3. Prompted it to build an interactive infographic with a minimalistic, futuristic theme
  4. Pushed further: added hover effects, drag interactions, animated reveals

The Result: Success in 20 minutes.

Instead of a static JPG, I got a scrollable, interactive page where users can click, drag, and hover to reveal data. Every section became an experience designed to increase information retention and make the experience fun and memorable.

⚠️ The Takeaway: This isn't just a one-off experiment. This is a repeatable workflow for creating better, more immersive infographics. I could’ve easily spent a bit more time planning the layout, and keep improving the experience further.

With Gemini, you can create an external link and share this page in one click. Just keep in mind that sharing a public link doesn’t work in Google Workspace accounts.

I will definitely use this as a workflow more. What about you?
