Is ChatGPT Business actually worth it over Plus for a civil project manager/designer?

I’m currently using ChatGPT Plus and trying to decide whether ChatGPT Business is actually worth the upgrade for an individual professional.

I work as a project manager and civil/earthworks designer in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthworks). My work includes:

• Planning and execution
• Reviewing tender documents and technical specifications
• Risk analysis and production planning
• Daily work in AutoCAD / Civil 3D

I’d really appreciate input on:

1. Business vs Plus – is Business meaningfully better for solo users, or is Plus enough in practice?
2. Project management workflows – how are you using ChatGPT to save time or improve quality?
3. CAD / Civil 3D use cases – how do you use ChatGPT alongside CAD tools (automation, scripting, design checks, documentation, QA, etc.)?

I’m especially interested in practical, real-world examples rather than theoretical features.
