Is there a way to trigger “Shift+Enter” with Voice dictation? (Alternative to “new line”)

Many applications use Shift+Enter to allow you to enter a .. to be honest im not sure what it enters, but saying "New Line" may simply push the enter button. So it's definitely coded different.

Funnily enough saying "New Line" just deletes the current paragraph on reddit.
